By registering for or using ComerciosPinoleros ( "the Platform"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of the Service

ComerciosPinoleros is a digital commerce management platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage one or more online stores.
• Manage product inventories across multiple categories such as home, grocery, convenience store, barbershop, auto parts and more.
• Register and track in-person and online sales.
• Manage customer credit accounts.
• Generate analytics and performance reports.
• Manage customers, opening hours and public catalogs.

3. Registration and Account Security

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Available plans

• Free Plan: basic features with limits on the number of stores and products.
• Basic Plan: expanded functionality with higher limits.
• Pro Plan: full access to all platform features.

4.2 Payments

• Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also accept PayPal's terms of service.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including products, images, sales data and customer information.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to store, display and process that content in order to provide the service to you.
• We do not claim ownership of your content. When you delete your account, your content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you upload, including product images.

6. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Publish illegal, offensive, defamatory or infringing content.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or the platform systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the platform without authorization.
• Intentionally overload the platform's servers or infrastructure.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for commercial transactions between users and their customers.
• Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

The design, code, brand, logos and other elements of ComerciosPinoleros are the exclusive property of the Platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted over these elements other than the right to use the service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective once published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
• Upon termination of your account, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Nicaragua.
